Can we have a place to request for avis and siggies? I have a Korra wallpaper I want to make a siggie, but I'm having a hard time making one.

Also is there anyway you can shorten the length of characters for topic titles? Right now the limit is 10 characters.

I shortened it to 3 characters and added the ability to edit the title, change its color and have a description :D (yeah, I never saw that section in the config before)
